We led and managed the full design process with the client, designer, and consultant, ensuring seamless coordination between all project trades. Our scope included managing the engineering team from shop-drawing production and material approvals through to execution and handover, as well as overseeing the ID fit-out contractor and the procurement of the complete FF&E and OS&E packages.
The penthouse was located within a fully occupied mixed-use residential–hotel tower, introducing strict logistical and operational constraints. This required meticulous planning, close coordination with building/hotel management, and disciplined sequencing of construction activities to ensure smooth progress with minimal disruption.
