Project Overview

For a megaproject of this scale and budget – the grandest and largest private mansion on Palm Jumeirah – the central challenge was aligning all stakeholders; lead consultant, main contractor, subcontractors, and client-direct suppliers toward a unified objective: delivering ultra-high-end quality within strict time and cost parameters. This required full project leadership across all teams, with disciplined coordination and clear performance expectations from concept through execution.

To safeguard quality and budget, we implemented customised multi-layer QA/QC controls, from shop-drawing reviews and mock-ups to inspections at manufacturing facilities for stone, woodwork, and FF&E. We also supported the client on international procurement trips. One of the most critical programme bottlenecks – MEP coordination with civil, architectural, and ID trades – was resolved through closely managed technical workshops, enabling timely construction and successful project delivery.
