As the founder of Quadro Project Management, I have been working in the construction industry since 1995. Over the years, I have acquired extensive and multifaceted experience by working from various sides of the project spectrum, from consultant, to contractor, and finally to client representative. This unique perspective has allowed me to gain invaluable insights that are critical to successful project delivery, and to combine my knowledge and skills to successfully manage the construction and completion of several distinguished projects in the UAE and abroad.
Through my years of experience, I have witnessed first-hand the challenges that clients face in managing their projects, and felt the need to provide a solution that would truly make a difference; and that is where Quadro Project Management comes in.
Quadro Project Management will act as the client’s representative (independent project manager) to provide project owners with the necessary resources to develop and manage their projects efficiently and effectively. Our primary goal is to clearly communicate the client’s vision and expectations to all project stakeholders, and to be the client’s watchful eyes from start to finish ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.
