We acted as fully fledged client rep and assisted the client in setting up the project team by qualifying and appointing the major stakeholders including the lead consultant and main contractor. Managed the designer and lead consultant throughout the different design stages from IDC (Initial Design Concept) to FDD (Final Design Development), and through the authority approvals process and issuance of the relevant building permits in liaison with the lead consultant.
During the design stage, we prepared overall project budget estimates and projected cash-flow iterations to finetune the design to fit the client’s budget, and then sourced and qualified the suitable main contractor for the project.
BIM360 was utilized to produce a fully coordinated 3D model of the project, which assisted the project stakeholders’ teams onsite to gain a considerable head-start in the coordination process of the MEP, civil and architectural trades, which ultimately enabled early start of site activities.
