Case Study Private Residential Villa

We acted as the client’s fully fledged representative, assisting in assembling the complete project team by qualifying and appointing the lead consultant, main contractor, and key stakeholders. Our role included managing the designer and consultant throughout all design phases – from IDC to FDD – while navigating authority submissions and securing the required building permits in coordination with the consultant.

Throughout the design stage, we developed comprehensive budget estimates and cash-flow projections to align the evolving design with the client’s financial parameters. We sourced and vetted the most suitable main contractor and utilised BIM360 to deliver a fully coordinated 3D model, enabling early MEP–civil–architectural coordination and giving all onsite teams a significant head start toward commencing construction.
