We led and managed the design process with the client, designer and consultant leading to coordination and interface of the different project trades. This included management of the engineering team and overseeing the engineering stage from preparation of the fully coordinated shop drawings, material submittals and approvals through to execution and handing over. Project scope also included management of the ID fit-out contractor and procurement of the complete FF&E and OS&E packages.
The penthouse project was in a fully occupied and operational residential/hotel building which presented a new set of logistical challenges that demanded diligent planning and coordination amongst the construction teams and the building management.
